Our Farm

Flowers

At Pog's Garden, we grow a variety of fresh cut flowers that are appropriate to the Colorado climate.  Our soil is free draining, sandy loam, and the land is full sun exposure.  We focus primarily on the flowers that grow best in these conditions all summer long.

With that said we grow the following flowers for both fresh cut farmers market and attraction:

  • Gladiolus

  • Dhalias

  • Celosis

  • Zinnias

We continue to experiment with other flower varieties and will provide them as they thrive on the farm, so always stay tune.

We also want people to experience the beauty of our farm.  We work hard to bring you a place that everyone can visit.  We have acres of zinnias that are planted, just so you can immerse yourself in our fields and let the daily troubles go away.  The hues of different colors are planted in blocks, so as you walk out into the middle of the field, you are in a sea of color.  So check out the event calendar to see when you can visit.  We love to have you!

Although we are not a "you pick" flower farm, fresh cut flower bouquets are available on site for purchase.  We ask that our visitors do not pick the flowers so that everyone can enjoy.
