We have three generations of family members who plays important roles at our farm.  Everything begins with the love of gardening by Cher Cha, Pog Neej Kim.  She has been gardening and farming all her life.  She is the reason why we named our farm, Pog's Garden, because when her grandchildren are young, they would always want to go to Pog's garden.  Cher is a green thumb and takes care of all the vegetable varieties grown on the farm.

Tzee Cha is the daughter-in-law who is the flower grower.  She selects the types of flowers grown on the farm.  However, no tasks are to large or small for her to manage.

Chou Cha is the son who does all the irrigation setup and operations on the farm.  He helps where needed and can be found doing everything on the farm.

Jacob Cha is the grandson who loves to help his pog with the farm.  Jacob has been on a tractor since 8 years old and now operates all the tractors and farming equipment.  His pog refers to him as her hero in farming.
